Bought the Intex Great White shark and the Intex Stingray for my grandchildren (boys 6 & 7) and they absolutely loved them. They are very heavy vinyl, well made, and actually realistic looking except for the tacky safety warnings printed on the top sides of the floats. The body of the shark sits a little above the water and floats on its side fins. The ray is large enough for two small children. They took a beating and are still holding air. Very pleased. Super price for the quality.
Bought this for shark week lol he chilled on the sofa with me all week. The dogs where frightened by the lifelike details and would not come near it. We took it to an adult pool party and everyone had a blast jumping on it and trying to ride it. Nearly impossible for an adult.. however it held together well for 150 - 200+ pound adults jumping on it. I believe the weight limit is 80lbs.

My nephews had so much fun with this inflatable. It is big; about 6 feet long, made of durable plastic, has two handles on the sides on each side of the dorsal fin that are well secured, it looks very cool, and offers a variety of ways to play with it in the water. I did not have an inflater and I highly recommend using one. I inflated it manually, but it takes a while and requires the respiratory output of an Olympian! I highly recommend that kids be supervised closely when using this product because they can get their feet inside the handles. I cut the handles to help prevent them getting their feet or arms caught.
This is a great shark for a pool season. We bought one last season, and it held up for a few months until too many kids jumped on it from the diving board onto the shark and the seam popped. We liked it enough to buy it again. It won't last forever as we are very rough on our pool toys but it was Fun and reasonably priced so we ordered another one. Very good printing on the inflatable, looks a little realistic from the pool view and made my little baby nervous at first. All the little boys who swim in our pool absolutely love this float and fight over who gets to try to ride it next. It is a little tippy, but that is part of the fun.
I bought this for my son's shark themed bday party. It was a hit with the kids. It seems sturdy enough for an inflatable pool toy. Not sure about it's longevity but it withstood hours of rough play by 9 year old boys. Only down side is the large printed warning labels all over the left fin.
The kids loved it during our shark pool party, especially my 6 year old son. The only way for him and small kids to stay on is to ride it low... see my pic. And the warning label is very clearly visible on top left pectoral fin, but the kids didn't care. They had lots of fun on it.
These "sharks" are BIG and sturdy and the kids loved to jump from the edge of the pool onto them. They found the "sharks" to be a lot of fun to bounce on and ride, There are 2 black handles for them to hold onto while they ride! Great fun for a good price. BTW....there are 3 chambers that have to be blown up but we have a mechanical device that blows up all of our grand kids beach balls, balloons etc so not much of a problem for us but might be an issue if you have to use lung power : ) ! We dried and deflated after kids left and squeezed partially back into boxes. There seemed to be repair tape if needed on bottom of box. If your kids or grand kids like sharks watch Discovery Channel's promo for Shark Week on YouTube....hysterically funny!
We have a big Halloween party every year so we purchased this shark to float in our pool. It's realistic looking and a nice size so it was perfect. I was kind of bummed about the warning label text on top of the pectoral fin but I made a "caution" sign to cover it up, which worked out great. My husband tied fishing line on the handles to hang weights from so it wouldn't blow out of the pool. "Jaws" was a big hit at our party and we'll plan to use it every year. It won't get normal pool use at our house since we'll save it for Halloween but we love it as a prop. (I deducted one star for the text on the fin as it could have easily been placed on the shark's belly, but I understand that, with pool use as intended, the warnings must be clear and visible to the user.)
Our kids (in their 20's) LOVED this bad boy - they would jump off our deck onto it to "tame the shark". Needless to say - after LOTS AND LOTS of abuse, they finally popped it - but it lasted a lot longer than any other float of any kind we've had!

We had so much fun with this float! I was worried after reading negative reviews about the markings on it, but it didn't bother us. It it very realistic looking and we were the envy of everyone at the beach in Mo'orea's Stingray world. We also had a stingray float and that beach is famous for its shark/ray sightseeing spot. Tip: buy a balloon pump to easily inflate it!
It lasted a full summer in our pool and is still going strong. I have an 8 and 10 year old (boy and girl) with lots of neighborhood friends. It has been left outside the entire time. And guess what, it has no holes, tears or leaks. That is a first for us and pool toys!!! My kids love it. My cats hate it (they run away when they see it). So now we have 2 uses for it :)
My 9, 7, & 3 year old kids are having a blast with this shark. It takes some practice to learn how to stay on without falling over. It's a little more difficult for adults to stay on. I love leaving it floating around in the pool. The detail is very good and it was easy to fill up.
Our ducks-in-the-pool problem solved! This is a good value product. After inflation, it softened a bit within the first day (thus the 4 stars), but it is now holding on pretty well.
Great floatie. Bought it for my nephew who is 10.he loves it. Yes, the warning labels are on top and rather obnoxious, which almost kept me from buying it when I read that in another review, but... Who cares? It doesn't change the functionality. Would definitely buy again.

Not sure how long this will last, but it did survive one hail storm already so gonna give it the benefit of the doubt. Kids love it, fun for adults to ATTEMPT to ride too.
Who knew boys would love a giant inflatable shark so much? Even my one-year-old sings the JAWS song and chases me around the house.
This float is huge and definitely kids love it. It's a little awkward to get on which is why I didn't go 5 stars. But the kids seem to make it work. Quality is good and it has already made it all the way through summer.
Kids love it! They don't really ride on it as much as they get a kick out of watching it in the pool. The kids love the fact that it there is a shark circling around our pool like its protecting it!
Got this as a little present for my godson, who loves sharks. He goes to the beach everyday and hasn't been off this thing. As I read in other reviews before ordering, the warning label placement isn't ideal, and may take away from the illusion that this is a real shark. However, my godson doesn't seem to mind. It gets 5 stars in my book, for no other reason than the $10 it cost is definitely worth all the hours of fun and happiness it has given him. If the thing popped tomorrow, I'd order another.
Looks pretty good in the pool except for the left pectoral fin which is completely covered with warnings instead of the somewhat realistic looking coloring that's on the other pectoral fin. That's not shown on or customers may not buy it. Would have given it five stars if they printed all the warnings on the underside like some other inflatables I have. Nobody's going to read them anyway but they are probably the result of some litigation.

The warnings are only on one fin and don't slow down my little at all. Her only complaint is that it's a little scary nose to nose in the pool with it. But she still loves it and has a blast.
We hung this up on the ceiling as a "decoration" we made our cubicle area into a shark tank and it was pretty cool. Good price, good size. I'm not sure how well it works on the water though, just that it looks pretty cool.
Gave all of my grandkids a "SHARK" for their backyard pools. Who doesn't want to swim with sharks.. LOL The boys especially loved them.
My daughter really enjoyed this over the summer, it's a fun toy for playing with in the pool and the price was very reasonable.
Fun realistic shark. We did not use it for the swimming pool so I cannot comment on its durability. It was actually used for a skit. It seems good for the price.
This float has lasted a month with my 3 wild children in the pool. In my book, that's a winner any day! They love it. Though it's hard to actually get on top of the thing!
I would have gave 5 stars but the warning label is on top of the left fin and is huge. It's almost impossible to balance on in the pool. My 7 yr old still loves it though and that's what matters!
Totally the hit of our party. Won't last much, but was a hit with our lil pirate shark lover
Love our sharkey! A large an adult can get on this. Lasted all summer and I look forward to airing it up again next summer.
I ordered three for a play and one has a problem with one of the valves leaking but we just taped it and it works fine but you couldn't trust it in the water. The others are fine. Very sturdy.
We had a movie-themed halloween party and got this for the 'jaws' area. It was great and seemed like it was sturdy anough to have a life on the lake come summer.
These worked great for our underwater stage design for our auditorium! We hung them from the ceiling with some high weight fishing line and they were great!Con: Large safety warning on it. Necessary, I know, but aesthetically was a bummer.
This thing is huge!! Which is exactly what I wanted! This is very well made and super detailed!
Grandson loves this for the pool.
Out of 5 different pool floats for a pool party, this was the only one that survived! Very sturdy and the kids had a blast riding it!
Great fun for ages 5- adult. Hard to mount but that's part of the fun. For good swimmers only!
My son LOVED it. We call it his pet shark.
Pretty big ! I'm 5'4 and it's like my length very durable had for about a month now my son absolutely loves it!
Looks even better in person. Kids named him Bruce, Lol. Durable & holds air well. Have only filled up once since we opened the box a few weeks ago. Fun item.
Kids love it
Shark attack , grand son loves it.
Just what we wanted. Did not like large warning label on the front side of the fin.
Boys loved it. People comment on the realistic design!
Little smaller then we thought it was... but measurements are correct
It has been a hit with the 12-14 year old crowd. If you have two and they aren't over-inflated, they make wonderful toys to race another competitor on.
Jeanne M. Bryers
I bought it as an accessory for my Sharknado 5 party. Granted, it wasn't in water, but we really liked ir!
Great white shark! The kids love it.
This came very fast. My Grandkids kids love it!
A bit challenging to stay on in Lake Michigan waves but sure is eye-catching! Smaller kids would have a hard time unless you deflated it a bit.
Kids destroyed it in one day.
Great size for my 8 year old. I can't complain about durability because our pool toys get lots of use, but it didn't last as long as I had hoped.
Kids love this!!
Perfect for what I needed it for. Huge
huge, great fun
Huge hit with our toddler and the neighborhood kids!
Awesome addition to any pool! Kids love it! I'm not sure it will make it through multiple summers (in the Arizona sun) but isn't that how it goes with pool toys. :)
Super fun and attracts a crowd. It's taking a beating and still no leaks. I'm amazed..........(cue it now getting a leak ..... ha ha!)
Fun item. I with there weren't so many safety instructions written all over it.
Grandson loves this
Tons of fun for kids, good quality item that is lots of fun for pools and lakes.
grandson loved the float.
My boys love this float. It's holding up well with lots of rough play.
Marcella A. Johnson
The kids loved it and its big
This is great for kids. Well made.

Fruit Salad Mom
Such a cool and fun product - best deal ever! Used this and the sting ray for a shark birthday theme and they were so neat to have in the pool!
This thing is huge! my nephew loves it!
my sons obsessed with sharks so this was a no brainer... you can't beat the price. the handles are great even for 3 year olds.. great purchase!
My 4yo loves this it actually looks a lot better than the picture shows. It is large and durable. I ordered another one so he could have one for in the water and one at home in the play room
kids love it could be bigger
Great water toy. Really supports my 5 year old grandson well and he thinks he's cool riding on it.
Super realistic and super fun!
Kids liked it but not very stable. Don't recommend unless your child is a good swimmer
The kids love it!!
Durable and sturdy.
So fun my boys, ages 5,7,9 all loved this and were able to ride it! Sure they would fall off here and there but it was part of the fun!
bought for a kids pool party and the kids loved it. graphics are pretty good! could do without all the warning labels on the top side of the shark.
Bigger than expected (which is a good thing) and my kids love it!
Good value for money product delivered on time
Impressive appearance. Stable enough to ride. Main body has a very slow leak, but could be because it's a shark! Kids are kind of rough with it.
Our average size 7 yr old rolls off., so we got him the sting ray because it is flat.
Good but the weight limit could be higher
Great for the pool,. really not meant for an adult to get on but a child might be ok. Its a great conversation piece for the pool
Their BIG & the Grandkids like them and use them on the Inflatable water slide. Have taken abuse last two months and are still great
This was a big hit at my grandson's 10th birthday party! Very durable.
Kids loved this
My kids love this toy. It is not for adults. Fun for the kids to wrestle. Has held up for four wrestling matches so far.
Pretty nice inflatable shark. The kids love it and it seems pretty sturdy.

Great gift for a pool lovin' boy!
grandson loves it
This shark was bought to take on a Jaws themed SUP adventure. Unfortunately, a storm caused it to be canceled. I lugged this thing blown up in my Prius for weeks. It held its air nicely. Eventually, we ended up at a wedding where he because the most sought after dance partner of the evening. Anyone without a date danced with him for a moment or two, even a few with dates snubbed their partner for the shark. Some committed lewd acts on the dance floor with him. He eventually went back to the bride's father's house with the wedding party. Last I heard, he ended up at a second wedding in a similar situation. We never heard from him, directly, again.
