I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 88 year old Mother who has severe arthritis. She has used it every night since Dec. 25 & she said she loves it. It gives her good neck & head support plus her back. Since she is a widow & sleeps alone, she tends to get cold. But this pillow cradles her & keeps her warm also. She loves it! She wondered why I was giving her a "pregnancy" pillow!!! LOL! She had a good laugh but I explained how I had read that it might help her. She agrees now! I highly recommend this for other reasons besides "pregnancy"! Thank you!
When the doctor said "you will have to sleep the rest of your life in a recliner" the hunt was on!!!!!!!NO WAY!!!!!!! I watched my Dad do that the last several years of his life and it was miserable on him. I don't want to sleep in a recliner, I don't want to get rid of my bed, I want to keep life as normal as possible as my body declines. My friend and I have been seamstresses for almost a combined 100 years. "We can figure this out". One sketch after another, pillows stuffed strategically around my body, one trial after another, a lot of brain cells burnt on this project. I needed help NOW. I purchased this prg pillow given what my youngest daughter said about how important it was for supporting her in her last pregnancy. "Think outside the box old woman" I told myself. I purchased 2 covers as well and we got to work. Trials and errors and determination is all it finally took. Night after night of taking note about what was going well and what changes were still needed. I admit, it's not a perfect orthopedic remedy, however, it does allow me a bit more sleep. So while I can only say my daughter loved the pillow and still uses it 8 months post delivery, I won't be without it in my bag of self helps for my failing body.
I bought 2 of these pillows, 1 for my mom and 1 for me. I bought this when I started having trouble sleeping because of my pregnancy and now that I'm further in, I have no idea what I did without it! This pillow is incredibly supportive in all of the right places and ensures supreme comfort. I was skeptical because I'm 6'2 but it still fits me perfectly! My mom has had multiple back surgeries and back problems over the year but this pillow has provided her with some of the best sleep of her life! Regardless of why you need it, this pillow will help!
Still currently using this one (7 months pregnant), it's awesome although it does not leave much room for the hubby hehe! The blue cover does come off and is washable. I dyed my hair red (permanent color) and it stained the pillow, I washed it and it came right back off!Nope, it was not the laundry detergent, cause the one I used was quite cheap lol.
I am a stomach sleeper so being pregnant is a giant sleeping pain for me. I had to adjust to sleeping on my side but I hate having just a pillow between my knees. I kept getting sciatica in my left hip/butt cheek while sleeping and had to figure something out. I researched a lot of pregnancy pillows and decided on this one 1) because it gives me the ability to rollover and be supported on both sides(I toss alot) and 2) the multiple good reviews. Let me tell you this pillow is worth all 5 stars! It is so comfortable and supports me perfectly while sleeping. I've had it a little over a month and sleep so much better now. I love that I can cuddle it and it's not too hot or heavy to keep my arms under. I can push the opposite side behind my back for support and lay facing up a bit comfortably. I can tuck the sides under my legs or butt if I need extra support too - it's so amazing! Even my husband loves the pillow and tried to steal it from me after he had ACL surgery and was stuck on the couch. I am definitely going to be using this long after giving birth. Also, I am 5'8" and it's just about the max length for me to use properly with my legs. It might be a bit less comfy for a taller woman but then again everyone's body shape and sleeping positions vary. Don't let that discourage you I would still give it a try! I'm probably going to buy one for my husband and daughter as well because they both love it as much as me lol.
I'm now seven months pregnant with my second child and I've had this pillow for about two months... I have to say that this is one of the best purchases I've ever made regarding my pregnancy! I was miserable sleeping before with my first baby, using tons of pillows, constantly having to resituate them and just being plain uncomfortable. This pillow is amazing! It gives support in all the right places and it's nice not having to move a million pillows to get comfortable. Even if I roll onto my back while sleeping, the other side still props me up slightly to the side, it's great. I highly recommend this pillow to any mama!
I am obsessed! Soon as it came out of the package that kept it flat, it poofed right up. And the grey cover is so soft. You can fluff it up for more support and it's very versatile. Takes up half the bed so hubby is still fine, maybe just a little jealous lol. He just ends up cuddling the side I'm not using! Recommend this to anyone!
I am in love with this pillow. I look forward to movie nights, cuddles in bed, and late night snacks with my my new best friend. It has offered more support than I expected with pregnancy discomfort, but I wish I had found the love of my life years ago. This pillow is amazing for both pregnancy and a cuddly companion every night for any out there looking to upgrade their pillow status from 3 body pillows to the ultimate body pillow.
This item shipped very fast. I ordered it and received in within about a week time which is fantastic cause I live overseas and most items take 2-4weeks to get delivered. It was packaged vacuum sealed and expanded once opened which I thought was cool.It became softer and more comfortable after a few days from opening it, which the directions explain over time it will fluff out better.I really like the material. It's so soft and similiar to a velvet feel. I'm 5' so this item fits my whole body conveniently. It seems very well built. So far I have not noticed any faulty stitching.I bought this pillow because I am currently experiencing back pains due to my pregnancy. I normally sleep on my back so this item helps prevent me from rolling over while I sleep.Only had this item for a short time and very happy with it. Will update my review it things change.
I was very skeptical about buying a pillow just for my pregnancy and resisted for a long time, instead arranging several regular pillows around me every night. But when sleeping started getting more uncomfortable around six months I broke down and bought this based on all the great reviews, and it was the best decision I could have made!My husband and I joke about how ridiculous it looks and have nicknamed it Sideshow Bob, but the amazing comfort this pillow provides can't be fully described! It supports my legs/hips and belly completely, the head support is great and it's wonderful to be able to roll over to my other side without having to re-arrange four pillows. I haven't washed the cover yet and don't plan to anytime soon since I lay a pillow case over where my face rests and change it every few days. We have a queen sized bed and space hasn't been an issue. I'm almost 9 months along now and don't know what I would have done without it!
I bought this pillow for my pregnant wife after reading tons of reviews on all different types of pillows. She'd been having difficulty sleeping and pain in her back and hips. She started using this pillow and immediately got a better nights sleep. She is 19 weeks pregnant now and has been using it for about 5 weeks. I will say though, we have a queen bed and it takes up more than half the bed. I'm OK with the sacrifice because she sleeps better.
This pillow is incredible. I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and even though my tummy isn't huge yet I was having a lot of trouble sleeping. I would toss and turn. My back and hips would hurt throughout the day, I would wake up with headaches, and always be exhausted (and cranky)! This pillow has changed all of that! No joke the first night I slept with this thing I got better sleep than I had in two months. I woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. My back and hips no longer hurt. I didn't wake up nearly as much at night and frankly I am just in a better mood overall because I finally got some sleep! I put off buying this pillow and now I wish I would have had it all the time!

Back and neck pain has been 75% better with this. I am 37, 5'11', with arthritis and some deteriorating discs, brand new high end mattress wasn't completely cutting it, this has helped so much!
This pillow has been on my wish list for a very long time. After reading so many reviews and comments, I decided to purchase this brand. I opened the box and immediate disappointment flooded my brain. I was SO sad...it was TINY!!! Then, I opened the vac bag it was in and i audibly heard it inflating....I even took a snap chat of it growing!!!! I laid down to test it out, and honestly stayed on my side curled up for two hours, just because of how amazingly secure it made me feel. This pillow has to have been made by elves from Narnia, and it has to have been filled with downy fluff and the fibers of unicorn hide. The velvety smooth texture reminds me of a warm, safe place where as a child a lay, to hide from the thunder and the rain to quietly pass me bye-eee-eye.The pillow itself now resides almost as a fifth limb, a non cancerous growth, an extension of my body that nurtures and comforts me, taking my tears and fears and wrapping them up with love and magical fairy dust. If you don't buy this pillow after reading my review, I truly believe an impish creature might visit you in the middle of the night to steal your most beloved child, but I'm not certain...what I CAN tell you is that I now a: work from home, b: no longer have to worry about saving money to buy pants, and c: might have found my soul mate. I write this review from the velvety embrace of my cushioned love pillow, whom I have named Prince Geoffrey. This pillow is the stuff of miracles and comes from a land where woodland creatures rule the forest, and every creature has their own special comfort pillow. The FDA won't like this, and I'm not saying it DOES, but I'm also not saying it DOESN'T cure PTSD, obesity, diabetes and gout. You be the judge of that, my friend.
I am over 50 so I am, obviously, not pregnant. I bought this since I have a hard time getting comfortable and always use 5 or 6 pillows to try to sleep. This product is so comfortable, that I can finally get some good sleep. I bought one for my daughter too and she loves it too. It is not just for pregnant people. I also use it to watch TV in bed by crisscrossing the lower parts Good quality.
OMG, what a difference this pillow makes!!! I have fibromyalgia and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome so I'm in pain 24 /7 and cannot get comfortable enough to get any sleep. But that has changed dramatically since I have been using this pillow. It gives me support no matter what position I'm in, so I'm not constantly moving all night long. I no longer get hip pain on the hip that's on the mattress when I sleep on my side. I am so glad I finally got one of these, and this one in particular looked like it would give the most support, rather than just be like putting a few pillows together, and it really does give a lot of support. I can get into many more positions now and not have to move. The only downside is that my bedroom gets very warm and it can get really hot if you're laying on one side and your back is being supported by the other side and you have a blanket on. But this is easily remedied by either taking off most of the blanket or pushing away the part against my back.I wish I had bought this a LONG time ago!!!
I'm probably jumping the gun on reviewing but this pillow is a game changer! I'm so glad I bought it! I was a little apprehensive when I opened the package, I thought it would be fuller, but once I laid down on it I was immediately soooo comfortable! It's the first time I've slept through the night in months! I'm currently 6mths pregnant, and 5'2" and this fit perfectly.
I had trouble falling asleep in the 3rd and 4th month of my pregnancy. Tired of sleep deprivation, hurting knee and sore back, I ordered this pillow and it really worked well for me. Husband hates it but he was happy to see me sleep comfortably. I weighed this pillow against other options like Snoogle n Boppy wedge. But I wanted support no matter which side I slept on. I couldn't imagine waking up to adjust the boppy wedge every time I had to turn to the other side. It seemed pointless. Same for the snoogle or any other C- shaped body pillow. With a U-shaped pillow I don't even notice when I shift sides at night.
Love it!!! I know its a little pricey, but its definitely a great investment when you're pregnant and have difficulty staying one place. I was told not tolay flat on back, on my stomach or toss and turn too much,Its best to sleep on your side after the first trimester.I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I sleep so well, its so comfortable, I absolutely love itWhen I'm not in it cats seem to like it
I wanted to wait to review after couple washes. It's great! I let it air dry for one day and it doesnt shrink. Zipper still works fine.It gives support to my back. I was worried if I'm going to like sleeping without my favorite head pillow but it works just fine. My husband already said he wants my pregnancy pillow after I'm done with it.My sister bought different brand but said that now she would definitely go with this one!
I've been sleeping with this pillow for over a month now and it has by far been the most helpful purchase during pregnancy. I was waking up a little sore so I tried sleeping without it one night and woke up in agony so while it is not a complete relief from pregnancy aches and pains it is definitely a huge relief.Pros: this pillow is thick enough to provide good support between legs and along back but not so much it crooks your neck. It is the same width as a standard pillow so sharing a queen size bed with my husband and the pillow is no problem. My all time favorite pro is that you can literally put it in any position you need: crisscross the sides for support sitting up, wrap sides around your back for instant table, curl sides into a circle if you need to lie on your stomach without squishing the baby, the possibilities are endless.Cons- the only thing I don't entirely love is how much heat the fabric retains. Thankfully the cover is simple enough to wash but getting it back on can be a bit of a challenge.Overall, I love this pillow and my husband has even joked that he would like one for himself.
Ok I'll be completely honest. I am not pregnant. I have my four kids! But I have a vert difficult time sleeping because of lower back problems. I got this pillow in hopes it would help. The regular long rectangular body pillows just weren't doing the job. I wanted to give it a test run for a few weeks to give an honest review. I have to say it's a very comforting feeling having it wrapped around you. I am 5" and it's a good fit. It would certainly be comfy for a taller person. It comes in a nice small box vacuum sealed. The outer cover is super soft and it is easy to cover the pillow as the zipper is super long.
Helped so much with my back and hip pain during the second and third trimester. Definitely recommend!
UPDATED: I forgot to update this a few months ago, but I did receive a response back from the seller and they confirmed that the blue/gray pillow is in fact the same queen rose pillow as the all gray. The gray pillow is the newest pillow they've added to their collection and they'll soon be expanding the same material of pillow to all the others. They did also address the issue I had about the pillow not being fluffy enough and they sent me 2 POUNDS of stuffing for it free of charge!! which made all the difference in what the pillow needed. This solved all the issues I had with it and since it's been a dream having the pillow for pregnancy I couldn't be happier. My son loves his also he lays in it on his bed everyday. ??I previously ordered the gray for myself to help me get by my pregnancy and that pillow is amazing so I went ahead and ordered another in the color blue/gray for my son since he's always taking over mine. However, when opening it up from the package I immediately noticed the difference in the pillow. It didn't fluff up immediately after being taken out of the vacuum sealed bag and felt flimsy. I noticed it didn't feel ANYTHING like my gray pillow. So I went and unzipped the cover and peeked inside to check the pillow itself and it doesn't say queen rose on the pillow like my gray one does which leads me to believe that the blue gray pillow I received is a knock off brand not the authentic queen rose. Thankfully I noticed this difference and immediately reached out to the seller. Currently waiting on a response as to why the pillows are different. I will update my review onceI receive a responseFrom them. I did see other reviews on here saying they noticed their pillow not being firm and not fluffing up like others they've seen in pictures. I highly advise anyone with this pillow to unzip their cover and look at your pillow You May have received a different off brand pillow too! For now I'm rating 1 star due to not receiving the same quality in both pillows!
This changed the game about half way through my pregnancy! I didn't have issues falling asleep, but I would wake up in pain or very uncomfortable. Using this pillow helped me wake up without pain! I highly recommended it!My husband used it a few times to take a nap, and I found that hilarious! He said he liked it too!!
Absolute best thing I have bought during this pregnancy! This pillow is so helpful to sleep with despite my abnormally huge and uncomfortable belly! I am a stomach sleeper and this makes it possible for me to lay at and angle and "trick" myself that I am still sleeping tummy down! Plus I love the easy zip cover, makes washing and keeping clean a breeze!

Love this pillow. Stuffing pillows under me everywhere was not working. I sleep much better with this pillow. I like the feeling of being surrounded by support. Much cheaper than most maternity pillows too!
I bought this product to support my lower back and hips during pregnancy...I love how supportive it is! Seems to hold it's stuffing very well and I can literally go to bed with a back ache and wake up pain-free. So glad I bought this!
I LOVE this pillow! I sleep so good on it. I do have to say though now that I'm currently 33wks pregnant I'm having a lot of round ligament pain and even sleeping with the pillow between my legs doesnt help but i still would recommend this pillow to everyone.
Got this for my mom to use while she was waiting to have hip surgery. She hadn't had a good night sleep in weeks because of pain in her hip and back. After getting her pillow she had instant relief! Started sleeping for hours straight. She even started calling my siblings telling them how much better I am than them because of it.
I'm only 14 weeks pregnant so I didn't think buying a pregnancy pillow would really effect my sleep. I was so wrong. The first night sleeping on this pillow and I woke up feeling amazing as far as comfort, back and neck pain. This pillow has been amazing for me and I will probably keep it even after pregnancy. 10/10 would recommend.
Helped keep me sleeping on my side as I'm usually a back sleeper. However, I still woke up often with joint and back pain in the 3rd trimester. Did help resting my stomach on it when side sleeping for support.
Great product. So glad I ordered it! I took out some stuffing at the top very top so make it a little more flat. Good thing the stuffing could be removed to fit your comfort needs
Use it all my pregnancy and I love it currently use it sit the baby up the bed or tummy time.
The best investment I made for my pregnancy! I bought it when I was about 20 weeks along and used it the whole pregnancy. I loved this pillow!
I love this pillow! Now that I have it, I can't sleep without it. I didn't expect it to support my back like it does. I anticipate that I'll continue to use it even after I deliver.
So soft and cozy, I'm so happy with this pillow, my belly has started growing and I needed some more support when sleeping and this pillow just hugs me but it doesn't make me feel smothered
I have slept with this since I got it. I have had 2 discectomy surgeries on my back, have residual pain and suffer from back tremors. With this pillow, I eliminated two side pillows, one for my feet, and one for my head. I still use one foam pillow, because I like my head more elevated when I sleep. I got the gray pillow, which is like a velure fabric. Honestly, would have loved this even more if the pillow case had been a jersey t-shirt knit, because it is very hot sometimes to sleep with. I will probably pick up a jersey sheet at a garage sale or thrift store to make one or two. I don't wake up as much at night in discomfort, toss and turn a lot less, and can position myself easier. My husband hates it, but admits I sleep better. We have a queen bed, so he thinks I take up too much room, but I feel it is still about half. This has saved me from begging my husband for new mattress, since ours is only about 5 years old and still good. I also wake up a lot less stiff in the morning, and almost no pain. I know these are supposed to be for pregnant women, but absolutely fabulous for people with back problems!
This pillow is sooo comfortable!! Had so many issues with my back and hips during pregnancy while I slept. This helped tremendously!

This pillow is a life saver. I can't remember how I slept before having this. It super comfy and soft. The perfect amount of support. Highly recommend! I still used mine up to 2 months post partum
Super disappointed. This pillow has been very comfortable, but it doesn't last. Despite trying to keep it fluffed, it gets flat very quickly. It's also close to impossible to wash the cover. The material is very flimsy and rips at the seems. I wish the quality was better so it would last.UPDATE: After reviewing this product, the company reached out to me. They offered a full refund and additional stuffing when it becomes available. They were helpful and gracious. I increased my star rating based on my satisfaction with the company.
Love it made such a huge difference in my sleep quality
I love this pillow, but my husband DOES NOT. See the pros and cons below.Pros:SO soft and comfortable, even the head support is very comfortable. My toddler tries to lay on it and take it from me, ha ha.The leg support is very good. I wish it could be a little taller so that my hips line up perfect to my back but with another small pillow (or thin one) its fine.So easy to cuddle with. The sides are the perfect width to grab and hold all night long. The pillow cradles you each night.Cons:My husband HATES it! Like other reviews, it does create a sad barrier between us at night. I wont be using this after the baby comes because it does not promote a loving marriage sleep environment. This is the main reason why it is not a 5-star review. Also, once it is in bed, it takes up SO much room. If you have a queen sized bed or a full, it is a very tight squeeze for two adults and the pillow in your bed. A king sized bed should be fine. All night long, I find myself pushing against my husband as if I'm taking over the bed, which I don't like to do.The leg supports are nice, but if the bed isnt big enough, one of the sides flop down and each time you get up in the middle of the night (to pee or attend to a crying child), the side flops down and you have to pick it up each time. Again, this may only be an issue with a Queen-sized or smaller bed and two adults (plus any co-sleeping).
I purchased this pillow Oct. 13 and it arrived Oct. 17 (gotta love Prime!). That said, I was 13 weeks pregnant and figured I'd give this pillow a shot. My sleeping wasn't bad then. Just some nights of tossing and turning here and there, but nothing awful. I'm a natural side sleeper and thought this might be good for meit was awful. It made my back hurt and, after two nights, I gave up. Much to my husband's dismay since this thing is massive. We decided to keep it in the hopes that later along the line it would work for me.Fast forward to roughly 20 weeks pregnant. I was having more issues staying asleep. Belly was getting bigger and I just could not get comfortable. My husband suggested I try the pillow again. Nope...still didn't work. Gave me a huge backache and, after just a few hours in bed with it, I threw it off and just used my regular pillow.Yep...I still kept this massive thing. We've actually nicknamed it The Legs because, well, that's what it looks like. So, here I was 28 weeks pregnant, or so, and had the worst time sleeping. Tossing and turning throughout the night, backaches would wake me and stick with me throughout the next day...all with an ever-increasing belly size.My husband, suggested The Legs again. And much to my surprise, I slept through that first night. I thought it was a fluke. I kept with it for that week and I'm so thankful I did. My sleep quality has improved. I don't wake up so much with an aching back. And I not as miserable.Honestly, I love the support The Legs provide both front and back. I like how I don't have to move the entire thing when I roll over (unlike individual pillows). And I really love that I'm getting sleep. Granted, I'm 38 weeks now and sleep is becoming more elusive due to the amount of times I have to go to the restroom and I've just been sleeping lighter than before. But The Legs have been my salvation.I was highly disappointed after my first few uses and, quite frankly, since I'm a natural side sleeper I think it might have been too bulky for me so early in pregnancy.Bottom line: don't give up!FYI...I ordered the white to match my bedding. I wish the cover was softer like the pink and blue appear to be. But it's not a deal breaker just something to be aware of when purchasing. Oh...and it really is huge. We have a king sized bed and it takes up half. Again, not a deal breaker but if you have a smaller bed it's something to consider.
I've had this a couple months and love it. I use it with a regular pillow so I have it upside down. It is very versatile, I can sleep propped up with it under my back to prohibit rolling and when I was smaller- in the first trimester/early second I could jam it under my tummy for support. Now I mainly use it for between my legs and the other half falls off the bed. It's a great pregnancy pillow, very plush. It vacuums with an attachment easily so I haven't actually washed the cover yet, mainly because I read some reviews about how it fell apart and I didn't want to risk it. It takes up a lot of space in the bed, my husband and I use the limited space as an excuse to get our 5 year old to practice sleeping in his own bed before the baby comes.
I knew this would be the right solution when I left it unattended for approx 3 seconds and three of my children found their way into it. (Kids only want the nice things that you own, of course.) I'd heard a lot of my friends say great things about pillows like this but I roughed out 3 pregnancies without one. Why did it matter for the 4th? Aside from that being a lot of gestation and deserving nice things, I didn't understand how comfortable this could be. It kinda freaked me out when people would call it their "nest". But hey, I put it in my bed, mostly to hide it away, and it has definitely become a nest. A lot of the time, my husband will use one side and I'll use the other. Sometimes we try to both pile in the middle because this thing really does block all human contact if you don't. But mostly I crawl into it and immediately have no concerns about anything but how fast I'm about to fall asleep and the fact that I won't wake up a million unnecessary times. Semi-sadly, I will have to purchase two more in order to keep the vultures out of it. A girl has to do what she has to do, though.
I am a young college student and not pregnant but I loved this pillow enough to write a review on it, which I rarely do. EXTREMELY COMFY with good support and the material stays cool pretty well. Imagine pushing an m&m onto a soft bed of frosting on a cupcake or pushing your feet down on the wet sand at the beach. As the frosting and sand engulf the m&m and feet, I write this review laying on the pregnancy pillow engulfed by its comfort. May take up a lot of bedspace but I'm small so it didn't matter much to me. If you do have small pets or young children I sometimes accidentally whack my dog with the arms which can be kind of heavy. Pregnant or not everyone should have one of these things. May also consider marketing it as boyfriend pillow. My dog also loves it when she's not getting smacked by the arms.
This is the best thing since sliced bread! Ever since I got pregnant, I've been trying to sleep on my sides (normally a back sleeper), but my hips kept bothering me. Most people I talked to or things I read online said there's "no need to buy a pregnancy pillow" and that you can just "use regular pillows." I tried regular pillows for a few weeks and I could NOT get comfortable. I tossed and turned every night and my hips were so sore all day. Finally, in an act of desperation I purchased this pillow even though I didn't want to spend that much. However, it is WORTH IT. It was a game-changer! It's like sleeping on a cloud. The first night I used it I slept through the night and my hips were much better in the morning. I've gotten so used to it that I had a terrible night's sleep recently when I was staying at a hotel without it. If you are pregnant and on the fence about getting a pregnancy pillow, but don't think you'll ever get a good night's sleep again - TREAT YOURSELF and buy this pillow!!
My wife loves it.
i do like this pillow a lot it does help with back pains due to my pregnancy but im not in love with it like most people are. For me the head part doesn't have enough filling spreates in two so i need to use my own pillow along with the body pillow but in the morning my neck hurts but my back is fine so its a catch 22. use pillow no back pains but stiff neck in morning or dont use pillow necks fine but suffer back aches. someone suggested i flip it upside down and just use my own pillows but to me it feel weird on my back (the arches are now off bc its not really reversible it was made to use how designed) and now feet (bc there a pillow in between now). but dont get me wrong i like this body pillow it helps so much with my back pains and hold my big pregnant belly in place and being pregnant back pains take the priority over neck aches and pains any day!
This pillow is by far the most amazing pillow I have ever used. Of all the products I have bought during my pregnancy to make myself more comfortable, this one takes the cake! I suffer from hormone related insomnia so sleeping has pretty much always been an issue for me, but with this pillow, I am so relaxed and comfortable that I've have been sleeping almost normally. I had a C-shaped body pillow before I found this one and only used it once because of how much I toss and turn at night. With the U-shaped pillow, I can turn over and don't have to worry about trying to flip the pillow with me. I honestly look forward to coming home and laying down now which has never been the case. I would recommend this pillow to anyone and everyone!
Update: the removeable cover survived the wash and the dryer. If you enjoy stuffing comforters in duvet covers in your spare time then this product is for you. It was nearly impossible getting the cover back on after washing and reminded me why we don't do duvet covers. It took my husband and I a good 20/25 minutes of cursing and grunting to get it back on. I was able to take out some of the stuffing (glad it was stuffing and not an actual pillow) to make it easier to put the cover back on but also more comfortable to sleep on. Needless to say I'm not looking forward to doing that again. Side note every few nights turn the pillow around the help disperse the fluff. So far I'm very happy with this. It's big but doesn't take up much space in our king bed so my husband is still comfortable on his side. It's very comfortable and I've been sleeping on it the past week. If I had one complaint it would be that the part I put my head is a little too fluffy- my previous pillows were a little flatter than this. Perhaps over time and some more wear and tear it'll flatten a bit. I haven't washed it yet so can't comment on it. My cat also seems to love it too ha
Love this full body pregnancy pillow. I'm currently on my 29th week of pregnancy and have slept with this pillow every night since purchasing it. I normally sleep on my left side with the lower part of the pillow between my legs and the other side of the pillow supporting my back. And when I do feel like switching sides for a little while I just turn over and have the same comfort and support. I'm so glad I tried this pillow out!! Love this pillow and can't sleep without it!!
I haven't tried any other pregnancy pillow, but everyone I talked to highly recommended this one and I am VERY happy with it! The first day I got it I was 19 weeks and had started to get uncomfortable starting at about 16 weeks. When I first laid down I wondered why I had never used a pregnancy pillow in general before!Pros:- Padding amount is great! Fluffy and thick enough to be comfortable without being hard- Size is good for me (not sure how hubby feels) it takes up about half our full/queen bed as long as I've got it pulled to me.- I love my regular pillow and was hesitant that the pillow part wouldn't be comfortable, but it is! My head stays comfortable and it is the right balance between propping my head up and being squishy. I like squishier pillows.- I haven't tried a "C" shape pillow, but I like the "U" shape to get support on both my back and my legs. It is easy to move the side away to get up to go to the bathroom.- I've had it for 11 weeks now and it is still in good shape like when I bought it! Hasn't lost fluffyness.- It is washable! There is also a handy zipper at the top of the head part (on the actual pillow under the fabric cover) where you can access to fluff. So even if it does lose fluffyness or if you don't like what it is currently at, you can add more or take some out!- It has a good amount of weight on it, it is sturdy!- Comfortable for many sleep positions and sitting up also!- My dogs like laying in it as well, which can also be a con...you pick ;)- I'm 5'2" and I personally like where the curves in the pillow are at.Cons:- I always sleep with one arm under my pillow....turning onto the other side in the middle of the night is a pain and I usually wake up. I do think since I'm pregnant I'd be waking up to roll over anyway, but sometimes if I'm laying too close to the pillow (where my shoulder is under the head pillow part) then I definitely have to wake up to roll.- I'm constantly having to pull the sides closer to my body, the part at my back usually scoots away from me at night, so when I reposition I have to pull it closer. The positive of the ability for space between the sides is that I can easily move one side to get off the bed and have enough space.- Taking off the fabric to wash it was akin to taking off skinny jeans for another person who isn't helping you. It is in the wash now, but I imagine putting it back on will be about the same experience. I may make dear husband do it for me...Basically a slightly more painful process to putting on a pillowcase on a regular pillow, it is to be expected.- It doesn't support under the bump. It's really good to cuddle with, but my bump is still next to or under the pillow and not on top of it, so I'm not getting support that way. I'm still comfortable, but if that is important you might want to get this and a wedge or something to support the bump. I haven't felt like I needed the wedge because it doesn't bother me (and I didn't want to bother with switching the wedge every time I rolled over) but I bought the pillow because I had started tucking the comforter under my bump to support it, so I was bummed that I can't get the pillow under the bump. It may work well for someone who is carrying different than I am, but hasn't worked for me. BTW this is how it is shown in the pictures, maybe I just had unrealistic expectations?I think the Cons are probably the same cons that every U shaped pillow would have and aren't specific to this brand. I would keep those in mind when deciding between a U or C. I really like having support on both sides, so I'm glad I went with the U shape!
Bought this for my daughter (not pregnant) who spends a lot of time on her bed, sleeping, watching TV, and sitting up using her laptop for work. She also has some anxiety issues, that was mentioned several times in other purchaser's reviews, so I thought I would take a chance on this. I figured worse case, she wouldn't like it, and I would try it out. After her second night, she told me I would have to buy my own, she loves it. There was a bit of adjustment period, had to figure out the best way to use it, depending on what she was doing. She mentioned after the second night that it felt as if she was being comforted by the pillow, and said she had the best nights sleep that she could remember. This is only the second week with it, and everytime I ask her about it, she has nothing but positive things to say, the only downside, now I have to order a second one for me!
I struggle with back pain from a work injury and this pillow helps so much. It can be used with your head on the cross part or by your ankles. I use a temperpedic pillow so I put the top/cross piece between my ankles. I can't stand for my knees or ankles to rub at night. It helps with lower back support and is just plump enough to be comfortable without being too firm or to large to comfortably use without your neck or shoulders sitting at odd angles. My 4 year old stole it to use in her bed because it makes her feel "safe" because she won't roll out of bed. She never has and has rails on her bed but it takes away a fear she has and she likes to snuggle in the i shape. We had to buy another one because she loved it so much too.
I am 5'9, 6.5 months pregnant and use the pink/blue covered pillow.COVER/WASHING: When I washed the cover, some of the blue stained the pink side of the pillow case. It's a little bit of pain to get the case back on, but I just scrunch up the bottom of one side to put it on and then the other before pulling it all the way up.FUNCTIONALITY/COMFORT: The pillows on the side aren't quite as long or as wide as I would hope. It's uncomfortable with my growing belly to pull my knees up high enough to get ankle support and I either have to put it between my knees or my thighs and I would prefer something that supported both. It's nice to tuck the other side under my back for a little back support, but I can't position the "front pillow" to provide any belly support, so I just purchased a belly wedge to use in addition to the U-shaped pillow to see if that helps. I am used to sleeping with a body pillow, but this makes is SO much easier than trying to flip the pillow back and forth as I roll (which is a lot). The top part I use for my head sometimes gets a little flat, so I push the material around to try and adjust it or move my head from one side to the other instead of in the middle.
I have really enjoyed this pillow throughout my pregnancy. I had originally purchased a pregnancy pillow that was more of a "J" shape, and it just did not work for me. I tend to toss and turn throughout the night, and with the "J" shaped pillow you have to move the pillow everytime you switch sides. With this pillow, it isn't an issue! You are surrounded on both sides, so it makes changing positions a non-issue. My only complaint is that since you are completely surrounded, it tends to keep you pretty warm (sometimes a little too warm). I wake up (fairly often) a bit damp & sweaty around my neck/shoulders where the pillow just keeps you so warm. I have shoulder length hair, and I've found that keeping it in a ponytail overnight helps with this a bit. Overall I highly recommend this pillow! It really does make a huge difference, especially in those later months of pregnancy where it is sooo difficult to get comfortable.
I mainly bought a pregnancy pillow so I didn't have to do the whole song and dance of rearranging three different pillows every time I woke up to use the bathroom or just switch sides [read: every 2 hours]. I tried using this pillow the way it's meant to be used, but I find I prefer it upside down: the head at my feet and the two ends coming up to my chest and back on either side. I overheat and feel a bit confined with the enclosed end at my head, especially since it's summer. I do enjoy having support behind me as I do tend to roll (I'm naturally a tosser/turner and am a stomach sleeper at heart) and sometimes it feels good to be laying half-side/half-back, so that support makes for a good compromise. Overall, I wish it was a bit thicker to provide more support between my thighs and knees, but I have been having less consistent hip discomfort since using it.
The material that the pillow case is, is rough. I guess I'd say cheap. Not soft like our t shirt cotton. I live in chicago. This past winter the wind really dried out my hands and face. So its a little irritating to lay your face on. I just put a shirt over the top and its fine but i have to adjust it sometimes. That and it's color are my only dislikes. Color is not a big deal. But i would have preferred a black one or solid color. I like that its U shaped so i dont have to flip over with it and mess with my blanket constantly. Also when i get out of bed to pee 10x at night i can just push the side of the pillow thats by the edge so its hanging off the bed and get out of bed without having to climb over the pillow. Kinda like opening a car door to get out lol I have fat thighs so i like that i can wrap my thighs around the side of the pillow that im laying on so my thighs dont stick.
I purchased this pillow when I was only nine weeks pregnant, but I suffer from join paint so I already found this heavenly pillow a godsend. Now, as I enter my fifth month I cry happy tears whenever I enter the sweet embrace of this pillow. I have to constantly readjust the back pillow to fit under my tailbone, but as soon as I am perfectly snuggled between these two arms I am in pregnant lady heaven. My baby bump is cradled, my entire body is supported by this divine design. Plus, it doesn't hurt that my cat loves to snuggle on top of the pillow. This is perfect for my entire family (though it does prevent my husband from trapping me in his overwhelming body heat --not a bad thing per say). The pillow cover is surprisingly easy to wash and putting the cover back on does take some effort, but it is all very feasible for such an amazing pillow.
I ordered this as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I have basically lived in it since I received it. Extremely comfortable and soft. I love it, and when I'm not in it, my pets are. The only one who doesn't love it is my husband but I think it's just because he has realized that he has been replaced.Edit: I have now had this pillow for a year and it's still amazing. I have used it for breast feeding support, staying comfortable at the drive in and as a boundary wall for when my little one sleeps in bed with me. Still the most amazing pillow. It has so many uses. Probably one of the best things I've ever bought off
I love this pillow, its large but dosent take up to much room in my King bed. I love that its long and able to cuddle up with it. I tried the??first and love the queen rose much better. For comparison I am 5'3"Pros:SoftNice and longHas a good ammount of filling and able to adjust levelGrey one that i got was soft fabric coverPlenty of cover optionsCons:Cover not good for summer or people that overheat
so, my daughter didn't want her husband to spend so much on a pregnancy pillow but she has had back problems and sleeping issues. So, I said I would buy it for HIM for a gift, thereby taking away her complaint of the money for a short term solution (she was already 6 mos when they got it). She loves it, and funny thing so does he. It has helped him sleep better, too (when his shift changes and he is on nights). She swears it is a huge help, but he reminds her it is his and he is only letting her use it til the baby is born. Worth the money, people. NOT just for the pregnancy.
This body pillow is huge. We sleep on a queen and my husbands been complaining about not having any space because of this pillow. The pillow itself came in a vacuum sealed plastic case. Once opened, give it some time to get its form and fluff in the pillow. I'm 5 ft 2in and felt that there was too much filling in the pillow but didn't want to take any out in fear that it'd get condensed after a couple weeks of use.I liked that there was no smell to the pillow either. The cover can also be removed so you can wash it.
I use this pillow for reading at bed before falling asleep. I place the large section behind my head and then place the two "arms" next to me or sometimes across my middle to hold the book in place. When I'm ready to sleep, I actually turn the pillow upside down so that my head is on my own pillow while the "arms" snuggle against my back and stomach, since I'm a side sleeper. Very comfortable pillow and quite large! We have a Queen sized bed and it takes up my entire half of the bed - with me sandwiched in the middle of the cushions - which is fine with me. Couldn't be happier with it.
This pillow is AMAZING! I had the Leachco Snoogle pillow for my last pregnancy and hated it. The design is terrible and in a C' shape that doesn't support your belly when the long part is supporting your back. If you flip it and the long part is supporting your belly in the front, then there is a big gap where your back is and you have to put an extra pillow there.Anyway, I was so glad to find something else out there that actually worked and was comfy. The part where you lay your head is also not too fluffy/full (like the Leachco one) and won't give you a neck ache.I am going to recommend this pillow to all my pregnant friends in the future. :)
This maternity pillow is the best, I've already tried out three other maternity pillows before this one and now I am getting rid of the other three because this one is amazing. It supports me where I need the support the most which is my head, shoulders, back and front. I was able to sleep through the night with little turning from side to side and when I woke up in the morning I felt well rested and had plenty of energy to get through the day. This pillow is sssooo comfortable that I definitely give it five stars and would recommend this product to other expectant mothers. I wish I would have seen this pillow first on before I purchased the other pillows because I wasted money on the other ones. If you want to save money and get a good nights rest, then buy this pillow.
I have had the pleasure of seeing two women use this while pregnant. My first wife used this regularly to push against her back or keep her knees apart. My second wife couldn't get comfortable with it and now it's just a toy for the kids. Id say it did its job well enough. It's just not right for everyone. Then again what two pregnancies are ever the same. Good luck.
Upside-Love how big it is (but not too big that it hogs the bed) and the curvature of the sides are perfect to provide that much needed back support(note I'm 5'4). Downside- this pregnancy my body temp has been a little higher and this pillow will overheat you especially in the grey sleep cover. I already know I will have to order a new cover by the spring(maybe sooner). I also wish it was a tiny bit firmer but maybe I'll stuff it some more if I can find the matching filling. Overall a decent pillow. I catch either my husband, my daughter or my dog stealing my pillow ALL.THE.TIME. So beware. lol
I was going to buy a bed 'armrest' from the medical supply store. I am in a great deal of discomfort pending surgery for two biceps tears, rotator tendon cadaver overlay with stem cells and PRP. This giant pillow is the bomb! I can use it for reading, sitting up like a wedge pillow would've done and the right side bends around to prop my book up ($70 at store) It's total comfort sleeping on left side and supporting right injured arm over the U-shaped body pillow. The store manager saw it and said to buy it.My only wish is that it came in a choice of pillow covers as the baby pink and blue is for pregnancy I guess :)Superhappy with this and it was more than $10 less than another brand on .
Let it sit for a day or two for full volume. First time I used it I thought it needed more filling, but it poofed up over time and now is plenty firm.I love this pillow with a couple of gripes, possibly unique to my body shape:1. The stitching on the head part brings the pillow to a point near my neck, and my head doesn't stretch far enough to reach the fluffy part of the pillow. If my head sits right on the pillow I usually have stitching pushing uncomfortably into my neck and shoulder muscles. A bit frustrating.2. It's a little wide for me (from side to side). Wish I could have it wrap a little closer for more support. Requires a lot of effort throughout the night to reposition the pillow to get any kind of support.Overall still a 4 star since I wouldn't be able to sleep at all without it. Love everything else about it. Truly a lifesaver!
This pillow is the BEST thing to ever happen to me...I'm a regular back sleeper with hip problems and I'm currently 5 months pregnant ...it helps me sleep at an angle that's almost my back but not, takes pressure off my hips, supports the belly...it's literally changed my life!I tried a regular body pillow and the wedge pillow and neither helped, only made my back hurt more. This pillow is amazing and not near as large as I expected. We have a queen and my husband has had plenty of room to comfortably sleep next to me...his body pushing against the pillow actually helps it from sliding and supports my back.If you are questioning this pillow at all..don't...it honestly worth every penny.
This has been a lifesaver for me during pregnancy. I bought this when I was just entering the second trimester, thinking hey why not use it for now to get used to sleeping on my side and whatnot. Well now that I'm 4 months pregnant and the baby is getting larger, I can't sleep on my back anymore and this pillow is my support throughout the night. So cozy and plush but firm enough to use as a pillow, this also keeps me from tossing and turning because I'm comfortable. I tried sleeping without this pillow the other night and it was awful! I love being able to tuck part of the pillow between my legs for support, and leaning halfway on one side of the pillow allows my back to relax without laying fully on my back. I would highly recommend spending the money on this pillow, it's held it's shape very well and is super cozy to sleep with.
I am not pregnant, but I bought this pillow because I'm a side sleeper with hip and back pain. It has helped me to stabilize my spine while I sleep. It also helps me do things more comfortably in bed, like read, use my tablet, write, etc. because I can fold the legs over onto my lap. The only downside to this pillow is that the head part doesn't offer enough support and I find myself needing an extra pillow, which ends up being too high for my neck and causing neck pain. My solution has been to not use the head part and reverse the pillow so that I only use the legs and then use my own pillow for my head. I definitely recommend this pillow for side sleepers.

I got to my second trimester and was having the worst time trying to sleep at night. Getting comfortable was impossible. If you are expecting I highly recommend this pillow. I know you're looking at the price and going, "holly cow, nearly $50 for a pillow that I'll only use for 5 months." You will use this pillow way past your due date! I even begged my husband to run back to the house to get it after we had our daughter so I could use it in the hospital. It helps so much with positioning while nursing and getting comfortable for sleeping after delivery. I'm 3 months pp and honestly still use it bc it's so comfortable. The cover is really easy to clean and holds up nicely as well. This is a must have if you're expecting.
I bought this for when I was pregnant and, although I appreciate the pillow for the support when reading or watching TV, I couldn't really sleep with it. It gave me a huge crink in the neck and made me very hot when I was already incredibly hot. When your stomach gets big enough, its had to turn in the middle of the night. This could, of course, just be my personal preference when it comes to pillows. I will say that it is very soft, very large, and has been nice for me now when reading books with my little boy in bed- good support and able to maneuver it into a lot of different positions for your individual comfort :)
I use this every night to have support between my knees when side sleeping. The pillow is fluffy but doesn't compress like memory foam. The head pillow area is too firm and too high for my taste (hurts my neck) so I use it upside down and use a different pillow for my head. Still provides good knee support for side sleeping and behind the knee support when sleeping face up (if you have it in the upside down position.
Have not been writing any reviews for a while but I really like this pillow. I was worried that it may be not fluffy or supportive. But it came in nicely. I have neck and back pain for many years and now I'm pregnant. Almost restless at night. But with this pillow, things get better. My neck pain went away. I still do have back pain but I can sleep for at least 2-3 hours before waking up and making turns.OK, pros:1. firm, supportive, nice and comfortable2. price is OK3. with cover, easy to washCons:1. I get lots of night sweats because it is really really hot to sleep in. OMG really.2. pillow color faded with just one or two washes.Bottom line:It does help with my body pain during bed time. I would recommend it.
I absolutely love this product. It is so comfortable and really helped with my back pain that I started to experience during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. It forms perfectly to my body and since purchasing this pillow I have been getting some really good sleep. This pillow is so nice that I have come in my room on numerous occasions and my 15-year old son was using it:) He asked me to order him one which I thought was cute as it is for pregnant women. Great pillow and I highly recommend it.
This just arrived and after giving it a few minutes to fluff up, this is already my favorite pillow and I'm wondering how I ever survived a pregnancy without it. So many options for sleep positions... soft to the touch, just the right firmness. Great shape. I love it. Only thing I could ask for is that they hide the zipper. It's unsightly and feels uncomfortable if your arm or hand touches it. Otherwise great! The pic is my almost 5yo enjoying it as well ;)
I love the pillow. So glad I bought it. But I had to remove the cover. It was really itchy. I'm washing it again to see if that will help but so far it's just really itchy material. But since I took the cover off and just use the pillow part I'm extremely happy. It's very comfortable, and being a month away from my due date not a lot is comfortable but this pillow is a life saver.
I can't top the gals review about going into witness protection with this thing but I certainly do agree with her!! I've slept with it every night since it arrived months ago and tho it's like having a blow up life boat in the bed it's entirely worth the space and unfolding of myself to get out of bed. There's no way I could have been getting as good of sleep during this pregnancy without this thing! It's easy to clean and easy to unzip and customize stuffing location to make harder spots and saggier spots. It's also going to be real handing for cuddles and breast feeding, the bend-ability is great and offers many different uses.
I was 5 months pregnant when my boyfriend ordered this for me. At the time, my sciatica caused by the pregnancy was getting worse and my arms would also start to go numb after laying on my side for short periods of time. Let's just say that I was beginning to sleep very uncomfortable! This pillow has been an amazing addition and it helps support my growing belly. Since receiving the pillow and using it for about a month, I can say that my arm no longer goes numb when I sleep on my side, that is, only when I do put my arm underneath the pillow. It's very big and does take up half of our king sized bed but it's been an amazing addition for my pregnancy journey. I didn't get one my first pregnancy due to the cost and because at the time, I would rather the money go to baby clothes/items but it was a must this pregnancy! I recommend it & will definitely repurchase for a future pregnancy.
I don't know how I would have managed this pregnancy without this darn pillow. It is the only thing that gets me comfortable in bed. I cannot sleep without it. Its absolutely wonderful and I have suggested this product to others and they are also in love with it. The material is super soft, not that jersey knit type of material so it doesn't make me hot. Its massive though so it does take up ALOT of space, but its so worth it :)I got he gray one to match with our bedding. I am not sure where I am going to put it when I don't need it anymore... I may still use it haha.
I've had this pillow for about a week and I absolutely love it. I am only 6 weeks pregnant right now, so I don't have a belly yet, but this is definitely helping me sleep on my side and keeping my chest from being squished underneath me. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone, pregnant or not! A friend of mine just had her daughter a month ago and this is the exact pillow she used also, and she still uses it daily! I even take it down when I'm lounging on the couch to have for extra support. The fabric is very soft and I think the pillow is a nice medium firmness. I don't use any other pillows with it, my head rests on the top as normal. I can't speak for how long it lasts since I haven't had it very long, but I hope it keeps its shape! I researched U-shaped body pillows for days before I chose this one, and I am so glad. Worth every penny so far. Before I got this pillow, I was waking up 1-2 times every single night sweating and with heartburn. This pillow is finally allowing me to get the rest I need!
I was skeptical about buying a "pregnancy pillow" of any kind. I didn't want to spend the money for something I would only use a few months. BUT I haven't had a good night's sleep in about 3 months and I couldn't wait any longer. So glad I took the plunge with this pillow! I got it Friday and this weekend I've gotten more sleep than I think I have in the last month alone. It's super comfortable and doesn't take up the whole entire bed so my husband has at least a little room too. :) It's just the right amount of firmness and not to high so my neck doesn't hurt in the mornings. I haven't found a position yet that's uncomfortable so if you're struggling to get comfy at night, this pillow is a must have!
I bought this pillow when I found out I was pregnant and idk how I loved without it. It is soo comfortable, you feel as if you are being hugged by a fluffy teddy bear. I already had my baby and I still use it to help me breastfeed or nap with my baby. It has a cover so you can take it off and wash it and it's easy to put back on. I definitely recommend this pillow.
i refused to buy body pillows because they were too pricey. At 16 weeks I started getting really bad hip/pelvic pain, couldn't get comfortable in bed. Around week 20 my husband gave me an ultimatum and said either I'd choose the pillow or he'd buy me one regardless. I threw in the towel and purchased this pillow. I finally had some relief at night and although I didn't want to admit, this was the best purchase I made. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely!!!! I'm 38 weeks now, the pains have only gotten worse in my case, but if it wasn't for this pillow, i'd be in worse shape! Can't sleep without it
My husband bought this maternity pillow for me when I started getting sciatic pain down both my legs. I really didn't want to spend money because I thought I could just bear with the pain (haha, sucker for pain?), but he surprised me with one of these. At first, I was disappointed in it because when I laid in it the "correct way" (as advertised), the cushion between my kneecaps/thighs was just too small and had too little of a cushion to provide the support I needed. However, we read through some of the other reviews and noticed that other people recommended flipping the pillow upside down, and that really did the trick. Now I sleep with it every night and perhaps I had only slight sciatica... because I feel great whenever I wake up! No more pain!!! I also happen to be a (left) side sleeper, and this has helped relieve the pain in my shoulders and sides.I'm glad my husband invested in one of these for me! Too bad it sort of blocks us off from cuddling :(. For reference, I am 5'4", a little petite, started off around 115 lbs. and am now 135 lbs. because of the pregnancy. The pillow continues to work!
I purchased this for my wife when she began her 2nd trimester. She loves it so much I have a feeling this will be a permanent fixture on our bed long after pregnancy. Helps her hip and back aches. Now with only a few weeks left she says it helps support her belly at night as well. Although a good night's sleep in late pregnancy is rare for her I'd imagine it would be much much worse without this pillow.Great zip on and off cover so it can be washed easily. We let it air dry so it wouldn't be as difficult to get back on the pillow. Worth the money and definitely worth purchasing to help get better sleep.
I am NOT pregnant. I bought this pillow due to a recommendation of a SI joint issue. I call it the octopus because my husband and I both share the "arms" to prop up for tv. This has been great for not having to wrestle pillows all not. I can adjust the shape for the nights needs. I bought this on a lightening deal; worth every penny.
I had been using two body pillows to get me through the positioning issues that come along with pregnancy. I normally like to sleep flat on my back, which unfortunately is not an option right now. Well, with all of my pillows I was taking up well over half the (queen-sized) bed, not to mention tossing and turning a lot, and spending a lot of effort every time I had to flip over.... all of which did not lend itself to a good night's sleep for myself OR my husband. Finally, I caved and ordered this pillow. It is great! My Fitbit sleep tracker can attest that most nights I now toss and turn significantly less. Repositioning is quick and easy. It is also easy to prop up my spine and "halfway" lay on my back sometimes.I do use this upside-down compared to the illustration. I think that otherwise, 1) the length would not be adequate [and I am NOT tall -- but for best sleeping ergonomics your feet should also be propped up to be in line with your knees] and 2) I don't think my neck would feel comfortable. But the latter is because I am used to sleeping with a "D-core" pillow for my neck. So, I end up using the Queen Rose pillow along with the D-core pillow for my neck, plus one more pillow to wrap my arm around. Yeah, it's high-maintenance, but it gets me a good night's sleep, so I'll take it!Overall, the Queen Rose pillow was worth the expense as it not only takes up less room than the 2 body pillows, it is also firmer so my legs stay in a better position, and it stays in place when I flip over thus saving me frustration in the middle of the night.
In trying to find a suitable alternative to my CPAP machine, I had a hunch this pillow could help. It keeps me comfortably on either side, and creates such a deep and restful sleep, that the danger is that I don't change position often enough, and wake up with a temporary stiff area. Realizing this, I make a mental note--before I hop into my nest--to turn to the other side a couple of times during the night. Interestingly enough, on this pillow, my mouth wants to stay closed, so I am even less likely to snore with an open mouth. I will soon take a sleep test with it, to make sure I don't have any sleep apnea while using it. My husband is thrilled that I am not snoring, as he is a light sleeper and was constantly asking me to turn on my side when I wasn't wearing the machine. I am hoping to not have to go back to the CPAP machine.
I have never loved a pillow so much.It fit my body, supported everything, helped me get better sleep than I had ever had during pregnancy (I have had 2 kiddos). Also after having my daughter it made a GREAT buffer between her and her brother since he is a "mover." They both sleep with us.It also makes breast feeding easy while sitting in a bed, or on a couch. It works if you dont have a "Boppy" yet. it also works as a support system for your baby.Even if you don't use it for baby support, my toddler loves slepping in it, without us. I assume it may be because he feels surrounded like he is sleeping with us. So I am having him take naps with it and he does great without the need of one of us throughout his nap.I also use tgis when I read a book because it gives versatility. I never stay in one position whilst reading, and if you're an avid reader, finding the right position is always hard. With this pillow? I can fold it in ways other pillows can't.This is the ultimate pillow.I have suggested this to a few friends as well and they like this over the one they had during their first pregnancy. So If your looking for a great pillow that is also useful after pregnacy? This one is it! ;)
UPDATE - shortly after writing my review, customer support emailed me to improve my experience - they shipped me extra stuffing to add to the pillow. I was very appreciative. I added an extra star to reflect this. :)Not very full. Wish it had more stuffing - it seems like it could hold a lot more than what it came with. I need more height than this for proper support. Not elevated enough to use without a pillow, but it's too high with both... It is also not very firm. All other qualities were as described. I might go buy more stuffing and shove it in there.
Currently 15 weeks pregnant and have been having trouble sleeping for several weeks. Have only had the pillow for 1 night but I found like some other reviews that I needed more head/neck support. So I did what another reviewer suggested and flipped the pillow around so the top was now the bottom and used my normal pillow for my head. Doing this knocked me out - got deep sleep!I noticed a few things when I used it in its intended position:I really liked that there was support at my back. For some reason when I'm lying on my side my bottom hip would get sore so I'd have to lie at a slight angle and was using my comforter to kind of burrito me to do so. With the pillow I don't have to do that. I don't know if it's because I have support at my knees or what.I'm 5'7", long torso and the pillow ends at about my knees so if you're wanting support for your lower legs you're not going to get it. Also, I have long arms and found my top arm falling over the side of the pillow. I'm considering having my mom sew a new cover for it that's bigger so I can just add more stuffing! lolI have a king size bed and the pillow does take up 1/2 of it. So far my SO doesn't seem to mind too much!I frequently flip so it's nice that I don't have to take the pillow with me when I do flip.So far it seems pretty durable. It comes vacuumed sealed so you need to shake it and fluff it up.

Love this pillow. I actually use it on the couch for naps mainly. Its also very comfy for lying on my back lounging. My dog snuugles up to it when im not using it. Not too hot, no issues. The grey plush cover is soft.
I sleep on my side and for months I was miserable. I have a firm foam mattress and thought about buying a new one but then I thought of this... I decided to give this a try and BAM jackpot! I sleep on my side and have support on both my back and legs... I love that it's just the right amount of firmness... The covers come out and are washable. It is perfect. I sleep better with this, my cool ocean nightlight and nature sounds in the background. My life is complete and I am not pregnant.YOU MUST BUY IT!
